This pattern is intended for an intermediate crochet skill level (or an advanced beginner).  This dress was designed and debuted in the Hamptons, a beachy seaside community and popular summer destination in Long Island New York, hence the name!  The dress itself is very lacey and delicate. It is beautifully detailed and has a summery yet couture look.  The pattern can be modified for a crop top, mini or floor length dress!  It is based on individual measurements so it can be made in any size!
